“At Beaches Endodontics, our primary focus is—and always will be—patient care,” says endodontist Dr. Robert Radel. “I am committed to ensuring that each patient has the best experience possible while undergoing their dental treatment.” Endodontists—doctors who specialize in performing root canal and root surgery treatments—have advanced training in this very specialized area of dental medicine.

With over 14 years of clinical experience in diagnosis, root canal treatment and root canal surgery, Dr. Radel has the capability and the focus to provide excellent patient care while achieving outstanding results. He is a graduate of the Tufts School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts and he completed his Endodontic Residency at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. Dr. Radel began his dental career in the U. S. Navy, providing dental treatment to our country’s Sailors and Marines. “I loved being in the Navy,” exudes former Lieutenant Commander Radel. “It has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.”

Dr. Radel also strives to stay on top of the latest teachings and technology in his field. “My superior training, as well as my use of advanced technologies, enables me to provide root canal treatment efficiently with the utmost comfort to the patient.”

HIGH-TECH ENDO  Among the specialized tools Dr. Radel and his staff utilize are advanced digital radiography that uses less radiation than traditional film x-rays and high-powered microscopes that employ fiber-optic lights. This equipment enables Dr. Radel to view extremely fine tooth structures that would otherwise be impossible to see. “This allows me to work efficiently, so patients do not need to spend extra time in the chair. Most cases can be treated within one hour in a single visit.”

PATIENT COMFORT AND COMMUNICATION  “Patients often say my office is the most relaxing office they have ever been to, and have compared it to a spa,” Dr. Radel says. The office is designed to make your appointment as relaxing as possible, with a serene reception area and calming treatment rooms. “Our focus is excellent patient care: from the moment you make your appointment to my personal phone call to each patient following treatment, I want to ensure that we exceed your expectations.”
