A dining experience that unites the Clara White Mission’s vision of sustainability with the stewardship of Sysco foods, all while celebrating the kickoff to ticket sales for the Minority Chef Summit (MCS). The evening includes a five-course dinner and cocktail reception, and will provide a sneak peek of the upcoming May summit via delectable bites from several of the MCS chefs.
Chef DeJuan Roy of the famed Alhambra Theatre & Dining will host the event. Tickets are limited and are $75.00 per person – proceeds will benefit the 2014 Minority Chef Summit, the Clara White Mission & White Harvest Farms.
