Heather Quick graduated Summa Cum Laude from University of North Florida in 1998. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law in 2000, graduating with honors. Immediately after graduating, Heather served as an Assistant State Attorney in the 13th Judicial Circuit, prosecuting hundreds of jury trials. Heather’s passion for family law combines her experience as a trial attorney with her natural desire to help clients.
Opening the Law Office of Heather B. Quick in 2010, Heather followed in the footsteps of her grandfather and uncle as the third generation to open a law firm in Jacksonville Beach. The firm practices family and marital law and specializes in cases including divorce, custody disputes, alimony, military divorce, domestic violence and relocation in St. Johns, Duval, Clay and Nassau counties. By providing clients with excellent representation based on trust and respect, and focusing on their goals throughout the litigation process, Heather offers them hope for a better future.
Heather is on the Judicial Relations Committee of the Jacksonville Bar and has moderated the Family Law Judges sidebar luncheon as well as the Family Law sidebar luncheon with the General Magistrates. Heather speaks frequently at events about the empowerment of women through divorce, as well as alimony protection in divorce. The Law Office of Heather B.
