Spice-rubbed maple glazed pork chops from Michael Lugo, executive chef of The Tasting Room
6-8 10 oz. bone-in pork loin chops
¼ cup spice rub of your choice
4 oz. Grade A maple syrup
1. Season pork chops with spice rub, making sure each chop is well coated.
2. Grill on each side for four minutes, until internal temperature is 140 degrees.
3. Glaze pork chops with maple syrup and finish in 350° oven for three minutes. Let rest for five to seven minutes before serving.
Yields 6-8 servings
