11241 George Rd., Fort George Island, Jacksonville, Fl 32226
The Ribault Club was established in 1928 as a playground for the affluent, much like the Jekyll Island Club in the Sea Island of Georgia. A place known to be as simple as it is elegant, as comfortable as it is accommodating and as unpretentious as it is impressive, our guests depart with a deep sense of belonging. Exchange vows against breathtaking waterfront or sprawling lawn views, inside or out. Treat your favorite caterer with our state-of-the-art kitchen facility and celebrate with friends and family over a special meal on the verandah. The 16,000 square foot club house was designed in an International Mix/Island Plantation style by the famous society architect, Maurice Fatio. The interior of the building has many neoclassical features included fluted pilasters, classic arches and entablatures above beautifully paneled doors. Ceilings are generally 12 feet high, and there is almost 6,000 square feet of meeting and event space. This space overlooks the Fort George River and Talbot Island through 36 sets of French doors, 24 of which have fanlights above. The space can be rented in small, intimate rooms or in its entirety as one contiguous space. With 100 acres of beautiful waterfront property and space intimate enough for 24 people or grand enough for 400.
